Matthew Benson

Matthew began his legal career with the United States Department of Justice as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, helping to prosecute federal crimes. After completing his clerkship, he took a position with the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, where he spent nearly every day in court. Matthew left the prosecutor’s office for private practice in 2016. Matthew focuses his practice on domestic and criminal work.
Matthew lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Maggie, and their daughter, Mary Helen

Kelsey Boggan

Kelsey practices primarily domestic relations law at Leslie Copeland Law & Mediation in Fayetteville. She began her legal career working for Legal Aid of Arkansas and helping victims of domestic violence. She also practiced law at Webb Law Office in Springdale where she continued to help families navigate the complexities of the legal system by focusing on courtroom excellence and advocacy. She is a leader of the Young Lawyers Section of the Arkansas Bar Association. She also enjoys practicing yoga and hiking.

Hannah Hungate

Hannah is an assistant city attorney for the City of Fayetteville. She attended the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business and the University of Arkansas School of Law. Before joining the City Attorney’s Office in July 2023, Hannah worked as a personal injury attorney in Fayetteville.
